 The Indivisible Self Model


The Indivisible Self Model, the model I use within my practice, is a comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness.




The Five Selves: Creative, Coping, Essential, Social, and Physical, and their subcomponents, demonstrate the integration of mind, body, and spirit, are inseparable, and are to be viewed as a whole unit.

Positive change in one factor facilitates positive changes in all areas, and vice versa.

The Indivisible Self model allows one to pinpoint areas of strength, as well as those which need bolstering.

Evaluation of the Self is the first step to your personal wellness plan.
